How to Prepare Paratha

Easy and tasty

Most of us obviously feel our taste buds getting tempted with the name "PARATHA". at the same time we dont dare to prepare it at home thinking its always a tough breathtaking job.

Here i ll present you a very easy way to prepare  most of ours favourite dish the PARATHA at your home!

INGREDIENTS

  • All purpose flour
  • salt and sugar for taste
  • water
  • oil

METHOD

Step 1: Take a wide mouthed vessel and take the required amount of all purpose flour(Maida) in it.

Step 2: Add sugar and salt as per the requirement and now add water and mix well to prepare the dough

Step 3: Now leave the mixed dough for about an hour by spreading a wet cloth over it

Step 4: After an hours time make small balls out of the dough and apply oil on each ball and again leave it for another 20 minutes by spreading a wet cloth over it.

Step 5: Now make the balls flat and spread it as thin layer and make sure the edges are evenly spread

Step 6: Now roll the flat layer as rings and keep it a nice round one and with oil toast it on a tava

Step 7: once it is well cooked take two to three parathas and beat it between your palms to separate the layers 

Now the tasty paratha is ready to serve.

It of course tastes excellent with kuruma and salad

The salad can be of onion and tomato mixed up together
